Admin level access to the UPS

Troubleshooting (Switching the NMC)
If the Shutdown Agent is going to be used with another UPS/NMC, the previous UPS/NMC's signature must be cleared from the Shutdown Agent's configuration file. The signature is stored in the file listed under nmcpubkey in the agent.cfg. (This defaults to nmcpub.key.) The agent.cfg file is normally installed at: C:\Program Files\Panduit ShutdownAgent\agent.cfg

The UPS Shutdown agent is an application that is nstalled on windows Servers (as a service) to allow their graceful shutdown during a power event.Introduction
During a power event the the UPS sends a message to the Shutdown Agent (Installed on the Winsows server) signaling to poweroff gracefully.Purpose

Usage
By default, the agent is automatically started and running. This behavior can be modified with services.mscNMC connection with the Shutdown Agent
