There is an incompatibility in firmware for specific handle models that falsely alert the network module of a non-authorized PIN error. The problem description is that of an issue with the firmware of the handle.
The event is benign, so it can be ignored... It is a handle firmware coding issue and it occurs upon initialization of the handle. This is specifically within the handle itself, not the PDU.
This bug does not affect the functionality of the handle in any way. It is only noticeable when viewing the event log and appears as a message created in error.
This document will provide step by step instruction to upgrade the iHandle firmware upon the PDU to eliminate the Aisle accessed by non-authorized PIN alert. Firmware version can be identified within the WebUI under Settings Gear Icon> Rack Access Control. Under Actions dropdown, Handle Settings
